Notify a Clark Center staff member: Jeff Meister (650-492-3061), Scott Wilson (650-833-9238), Heideh Fattaey (650-799-1608). Evacuate any dangerous area and warn others.

Non-life threatening Accident/Emergency Procedure

In case of small chemical spills, contain the spill as quickly and safely as possible. Chemical spill kits are located under the sink in the outer cleanroom. Notify Foundry staff.

In case of a large spill, or a spill you do not feel comfortable containing, notify Foundry staff immediately.

Use the emergency shower if you spill dangerous chemicals on your clothes / body. Use the eyewash stations located next to the shower if chemicals have splashed into your eyes. You must rinse for at least 15 minutes. If you have splashed chemicals both in your eyes and on your body, then you may want to use the shower first and rinse your eyes in the shower.
